RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders, items that have been installed, and/or products no longer in their original packaging, and other items listed below. Other exclusions may apply. Contact us (clickable) for details. Unfortunately, our showrooms cannot accept returns of mantels or other large items.

Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects or transit damage. Prior to unboxing material, you should inspect the packaging. If you suspect damage take photos and contact Old World Lumber Company by phone 713-534-2621 or email sales@oldworldlumber.com. Old World Lumber Company (OWL) reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders begin production immediately upon order placement and are cut and crafted to your specifications. Due to the nature of this material final cuts and measurements can be within 1/2" of specified dimensions. As a result, the item(s) cannot be canceled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. 

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS 

These items are special order and do not qualify for cancellation, refund, exchange or return.

CANCELLATIONS

For all orders that are canceled prior to item shipping, no delivery fee will be charged. Special order item(s) cannot be canceled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.
